Calcium Silicate Insulation

Calcium silicate is typically applied on high-temperature (greater than 250°F) pipe and equipment in industrial facilities, such as chemical plants, refineries, and steam electric power plants. Since it is a rigid material that has a relatively flat thermal conductivity curve, extremely high compressive strength. Calcium silicate offers high-temperature structural integrity, high compressive strength, and corrosion inhibition. It can also be a major contributor to conservation.

Cold Room      Flooring Insulation

Floors that are exposed on the underside to outdoor temperatures are often poorly insulated. Such floors can be found in cold storage. We offer thermally insulated with thermacol floor insulation to reduce heat loss that accounts in terms of electricity Consumption. In many cases, these floors are casually insulated with fiberglass batts and covered with OSB or plywood. In this type of floor usually leaks a lot of air, and the floor feels cold all winter long. If the floor includes plumbing, frozen pipes are a distinct possibility.

arrow Hot Insulation With Corrugated Sheet

Hot Insulation with corrugated sheet

We offer Galvalume corrugated sheet insulation which outlasts regular galvanized steel in marine salt spray and industrial atmospheres for a longer lasting installation. Since it can be used at temperatures up to 600°F (315°C) without discoloration, and up to 1250°F (677°C) without heavy oxidation or scaling, it provides superior fire resistance and protection compared to aluminum. The special alloy coating of aluminum and zinc combines the best properties of both metals; it has the corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, and heat reflectivity of aluminum with the formability and galvanic protection of cut edges. Galvalume roll jacketing is primarily used as a thermal insulation jacketing over piping and equipment when the design considerations require greater fire resistance than that offered by aluminum, but at a cost that is less than stainless steel. Galvalume Roll jacketing is not recommended for harsh acidic chemical environments. It should not be allowed to come into contact with lead, copper or water run-Off from any copper source.

arrow PUF Insulation

PUF Insulation

Rigid polyurethane foam (PUR/PIR) is one of the most efficient, high performance insulation material, enabling very effective energy savings with minimal occupation of space.

• PUF SLABS in thickness of 15 mm to 275 mm in size of 1 M x 1 M and 1 M x 0.50 M or any customized size.
• PUF PIPE SECTION for the pipe sizes of 15 NB to 350 NB in various thickness in single and double layer.
• PUF PIPE SUPPORT for the pipe size of 15 NB to 900 NB as per customer drawing and Design.
• PUF IN SITU work for the Chemicals Processing Reactors, Liquid Gas storage tanks, large diameter pipe sizes, Cavity filling, AHU Panels, Fire Proof Doors, Shipping Containers, etc.
• PUF INSULATED ROOFING PANEL gives higher thermal resistance is to have it insulated through particular roof insulation material. It can give you multiple benefits including applying it over the roof as well as under roof insulation.

Applications of PUF INSULATION
• Refrigeration Systems of dairy, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Fish and Food processing units.
• Utility Systems of Chilled water and brine water plants and pipe lines in all most all variants of Industries.
• Gas and Oil sector pipe lines and process Equipment.
• Under deck Insulation of Buildings and roof structure.
• Over Deck Insulation with PUF Spray on the buildings and Roof Structure.
• Storage tanks and pipe lines of Liquid Gas storage Tanks
